The instructor was very helpful, the class was challenging but I didn't feel judged. It felt like a safe space where I was able to reconnect with my body.

Bela was one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had in my 400+ practices.

We both had one of the best massages we've ever had, and it was exactly the relaxing break we needed.

Welcome
A wellness community tucked into a century-old loft on West 10th — exposed brick, tall windows, warm light. Roll out a mat, breathe, and stay a while.
Yoga at the heart of it — and everything around it to help you feel human again.

Free to start · Outdoors
Donation-based classes outdoors, seven days a week all summer — Edgewater Beach, Solstice Steps, Lakewood Park, the east-side Polo Fields and the Willow Tree, mornings and evenings. No membership, no first-timer nerves, no set price. Bring a mat and a friend, give what feels right.
The heart of the studio
Everything begins on the mat. Breath-led vinyasa to build heat and strength, heated rooms to go deeper, and slow, supported practice to put you back together. All levels, every day.
Beyond the mat.
Same warm loft, more doors in — move, stretch, sweat, and rest.

New — Small-Group Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates in a room with four machines and one instructor who can see every one of them. New to it? Your first class is $15 — and through 31 December, members come for free.
Private & Two-Person Sessions
